Lorraine Lorenzo, Registered Acupuncturist and Certified Athletic Therapist

Meet Lorraine,

Lorraine is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Certified Athletic Therapist with a whole-body approach to health, recovery, and longevity. Her treatments blend Traditional Chinese Medicine with her background in movement, injury rehabilitation, and anatomy to create care that is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in the bigger picture.

Her path into acupuncture began through her own interest in health and wellness. After completing a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education with a major in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University, she went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary.

Treatment Approach

At Cranberry Wellness, patient care is rooted in longevity, recovery, and resilience. Lorraine is passionate about helping her patients create lasting, sustainable changes rather than relying on quick fixes. Combining evidence-based knowledge with Traditional Chinese Medicine, she strongly believes in treating the body from a holistic lens.

Lorraine has a special interest in holistic skin health and graceful aging, committed to helping her patients look and feel their best through facial rejuvenation acupuncture and SkinPen holistic microneedling. She focuses on supporting the skin’s natural resilience, promoting circulation, collagen production, and overall vitality, while also addressing the internal imbalances that can affect the skin’s appearance. She has recently added LINFA™ Manual Lymphatic Drainage to her treatments combined with acupuncture to support fluid movement, circulation, recovery and relaxation.

With her background in athletic therapy, she loves being able to guide her patients through recovery from injuries and pain, supporting them at any stage they come. She also enjoys working with women’s health concerns, stress/mental health related conditions, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, and headaches/migraines.
